The months seem to be flying by.  Soon enough I'll be headed back to the states.  I have been put on orders to an Air Force base.  Looking forward to that, finally have what looks to be an easy assignment.

Anyways deposits and dividend growth were both strong this month.  I am thinking about trimming LTC, we'll see.

  1. A solid month for dividends, dividend growth, and deposits -- good work! I imagine you'll be glad to be back in the U.S. soon. I hope your new assignment ends up being to your liking.

    1. Thanks DGM! It's going to be a little bit different since government housing is not available. I'll have to pay rent & utilities like most people. We are entitled to extra money because we are forced to live off post, so I guess I'll get an income boost. My expenses will go up so reality it won't really make a difference. If I can find a good deal on apartments I might be able to slightly increase my savings rate. I am saving for other things beyond stocks & investing though, we'll see.

    1. Thank you.

I really ought to do another lending club update. I should have some spare time next week, maybe I'll do one then.

  3. Bon voyage CI! Glad your getting a post that will take some stress off of you. I'm also assuming the military will pay for most if not all of your move? Make the most of those housing allotments etc. Raises can come in many forms these days.;)

    1. Yes the military will pay for the move. The thing is I'm headed to Colorado, and it's where I am from anyways. No big paycheck this time. A few years ago when I went to N. Carolina I ended up making $1,000 profit by doing the move myself! That money is now either in PG or KO stock :)

  4. I'm jealous of the near $250 in dividends for a slower month of payouts. Cue salivation!
